We can recommend a site that will work well for you. We strongly suggest you use REALTOR®.com. (www.REALTOR.com) This site has the most direct connection to the most current information. REALTOR®.com is owned by the National Association of REALTORS® and they get their data directly from the hundreds of Multiple Listing Services across the county. It’s updated every 20 minutes and is the most accurate in its reporting. It works very well for Seller’s trying to determine the value of their property and Buyers who want to look at all of their options nationwide. Of course, REALTOR®.com may list the names of other REALTORS® but we believe after doing your basic research you will want to come back to us for a more in-depth, experienced opinion, and to negotiate the best possible transaction together.
