In addition to earning his broker credentials, Boker has completed the most rigorous certification in the real estate industry: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). This is a series of 18 classes designed to ensure a high level of expertise in all areas of real estate, from condos to commercial properties, from equity sales to foreclosures, from trust to probate. Once training is completed, he receives timely information from the Real Estate Institute designed to keep him up to date so he can best serve you. It’s part of his commitment to doing the best he can do.
Jaye received her degree in Business Management (BSBM) and has completed the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification. This extensive training program is designed to help professional agents focus on the needs of our more seasoned clients. Classes cover special tax laws and probate and trust information, which helps agents better understand on a very personal level what seniors are facing when making a transition. Jaye continues to receive ongoing training and information that keeps her current on matters that concern all of her clients.
